During our recent family vacation, we had the opportunity to stay at a cozy hotel near St Etienne Chateaucreux station. The location is highly convenient, with a well-stocked convenience store directly across the street. The warm welcome from the new owner and his wife made us feel appreciated, and we were pleased to find the former owner, whom we remembered fondly, still attending to guests. The rooms were simple yet cozy, ideal for our little ones. As a father, I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the availability of hot water. Some minor issues like cobwebs in the bedroom did stand out. For families traveling with children, the hotel’s proximity to local restaurants meant we had numerous dining options. It was a solid stay, and I would certainly consider returning.
